I have to say I am really disappointed that after my interactions with the manager Marina, I will no longer purchase from this location. I come in there 2-3 times a week and spend a lot of money, plus highly recommended them to friends and family. I called the manager to get clarification on their return policy and received nothing but major attitude and condescending conversation. I asked to speak to a different manager cause she obviously was combative and wasn’t listening to what I was saying and was more worried about arguing instead of diffusing a frustrated customer. No management skills at all whatsoever. I was also told THEY DO NOT HONOR broken products they sell and will not issue an exchange or refund if they sell you something defective. I called Shango, which will now be my new go-to, and they told me it is not standard practice to sell defective batteries and if they do, they will exchange or allow you to exchange. So sad that this place used to have the coolest, most knowledgeable staff. Now it’s full of unknowledgeable, can’t-be-bothered managers and staff.

Excellent shop with amazing budtenders! They have a tiny shop with a great community vibe that gets swamped with more business than they can handle with such a small location and staff. Sometimes one customer will hold up the whole room up for 20 minutes during a rush but other budtenders step it up to keep it all moving. Everyone is full of information and incredibly helpful when things are slow. Great selection and prices with no gimmicks. Only shop i go to!

It is hard to describe how I feel after leaving this little house. It is very hard to find. The selection is rather limited and the yong men in there are very get you in and out with no answers for questions I had. Medical patients aren't worth their time. Just the stoners count. Not 50+ friendly. There are places out there that know you and your needs by name. So much for trying a new spot today :/
