This was my first time at this location. They far exceeded any expectations I may have had! Michael was my care consultant and he was amazing! He was extremely patient; this is all new to me. He answered all of my questions and did so in a very kind manner. He spent almost an hour explaining things, even though I arrived at 6:30, not realizing they closed at 7:00! Not only did he assure me it was okay, he reinforced it with a smile! I left with a much better sense of knowing how to explore all of my options, and with literature in hand to further educate myself! Two thumbs up for this location!
