Grand Rapids Gage Cannabis is not at ALL what it use to be. It started great and loved the customer service until iI kept having problems over and over again with my Cart orders. I order quite a bit of Carts, almost every week maybe 2 weeks, and bring quite a bit of business to them with my purchases. Lately they have been completely rude and kept having issues, so i just stop going to them and went to different cities to get the EXACT same thing. After having to travel alot i decided I would try again, maybe they got better.. I was completely wrong. I make my large order, expecting it to be correct when all they are is sketchy Im alwa. ys missing a cart when i check, they completely gave me the wrong strain of cart i ordered and the response i got was " your the only one whos orders this much". what does that have to do with them getting my order wrong. Im done going to a sketchy gage it is just very disappointing and I really do not recommend anymore, and no i don' want anything free
