Not quite sure why that you're able to book online on their website, use your points for products and then when you get their they have website issues and you're not supposed to be able to select certain products. That shouldn't be the customer's issue, you should honor what I'm able to book online horrible customer service.

this place over charged me. And won't do anything to make it right. I ordered 3.5 grams of dab and got 3.5 but was charged for 4 grams on the 18th of april. They Laughed at me and said there was nothing they could do. I have the receipt, call and email logs.. and still nothing

Silver sage used to be the best in town....within the last 3months or so they have apparently gone through “management changes” as described by the bud tenders. I was a loyal customer/medical patient who would refer anyone ,who would listen, even before it went recreational but now I get my flower up the street at “the apothocarium”. Only reason I’m writing this review is because they just sent out a mass text to there database offering a free pre roll when you went and left a 5 star review......keep your pre roll and lower your prices back down to a fair rate you greedy bastards.....
