Patriot Care - Lowell

In the interest of full disclosure, I was never very pleased with Patriot Care in Lowell from the start. Compared to other dispensaries around, the product was slightly less good and the price slightly more high. The final straw came recently when I came in to purchase some flower as a medical customer, I was told the medical system was down. I could still get what I ordered, but I could not get the price I was promised that day because I had to purchase as a recreational customer. Don't worry though because I would be credited the difference the next time I came in. The next time I came in they would not honor their promise to credit me the difference, even with a printed receipt and printout of my original order. This is poor business management at best, and flat-out dishonesty at worst.

The Lowell medicinal dispensary used to have a great selection of flower. But since they added a recreational store, they carry almost no flower at all. It's now all concentrates and edibles, which I don't have any interest in. I guess those products have a higher profit margin. Unless they shift back to a decent selection of flower, I won't go back.

Today is the second time I have recently been to the Lowell facility an have received flower that is not medical grade. What I received is not smoke able let alone medical. Stop rushing your drying an curing process please. The weed becomes too dry and when it is ground it turns to dust because it has been over dried to quickly. This is disgusting an a disgrace to being selling flower the is of such poor quality.

The location is prime. The product is quality. The showroom is beautiful. The staff are great. The hours are awesome. But...1/16th? Why make it more confusing? 2 strains of flower is your inventory? Not good. The potential? There. I use Patriot Care on days where I can't afford the gas to get to Salem or if I just need a gram. It's super easy. You walk in and walk out (if you've been). If you're new, it's in, paperwork, out. Maybe a half hour. I love that they consistently stay stocked with sativa because it seems that I only can get sativa dominant hybrids everywhere else
