I was mortified leaving the store today. There was a bogo on flower. I placed my order online, I didn’t realize the bud up was half off as well. So I made multiple orders. When I walked in & told MrGraham this at the Panama City Fl location he rolled his eyes & said “are you serious how many orders did you place? You should’ve just put it all in one order!” I apologized to graham and said I just wanted the best discount due to me being out of work. While talking to Elijah another sales associate who was amazing and happy to assist me told me that the nicer bud was half off as well. So I changed my order to upsize the thc due to my back pain. Not to mention I have diagnosed delayed onset ptsd. Extreme Generalized Anxiety & panic attacks. Well I ordered nine 8ths (3.5) not realizing one was $50. When I asked to take that off because I cannot afford it he huffed & rolled his eyes & said “are you sure? Because after this you can’t change your order anymore, got it?” I replied with “yes sir I just want one thing removed off the order”. I notified Brittany (she knows me because I’m a regular) I wouldn’t be back due to Graham. Graham laughed & smiled with a wave & said have a good night. I was mortified. I left the store that is supposed to help me medicate my panic attacks but that store caused me to have a panic attack. Every 35 days I spend all my flower at Surterra. No more thanks to MrGraham. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. It is his job to change orders and tell consumers about the bud that is best for them. But he gets annoyed when you just ask if it’s indicator sativa. I hope a manager sees this. You’re losing customers due to this man. I wish I didn’t even have to put one star. But I have to for this to publish.
