Don't park backwards to make it easy to get out of their tiny parking lot, you will be treated like a criminal. Like you don't have to be let in cause its locked, or like you don't have to pass a couple of doors. The only reason i can think that they are so paranoid is because they're probably doing something bad themselves.

I live in California, 65 y/o woman- smoked pot & been a pot activist over 40 years. Two days ago I had cardiac surgery - pacemaker implant - anyway - went into Alternative Medical Center and had a very TRAUMATIC experience. Guard took my DRIVERS license from me so I could gain entrance but then he never gave it back. I was told over and over by several different employees that "we gave it back to you" "I specifically remember handing it to you" and many variations on that. I emptied my wallet, as that is all I brought in - no license. I was treated as a hysterical old woman, who didn't' know what she was talking about - told to calm down, etc. many things happened that I am too tired to write about right now. Come to find out - THE GUARD HAD IT IN HIS POCKET. He STOLE my drivers license, I was made to feel like i had lost it mentally, misplacing my drivers license and that it was all my fault. Needless to say I was in tears. Finally was able to purchase but I asked for RSO oil but was given VAPE OIL. I was so upset I didn't notice until I got home. Bottom line is I Have a WHOLE LOT more to say and I need to know who to contact to lodge a complaint that will be heard and acted upon. I was publicly humiliated and reduced to tears due to the actions of several employees. I don't want to call the cops is prefer to handle it in community. Someone needs to know about ageism that is going on here. Seniors usage and support of cannabis has risen over 250%. We are a large market. If you know an agency or group or whatever - I need to report this. He stole my license and as a single elderly woman, that is really CREEPY. He had other licenses as well.
