Defrauded me by representing one item on their website for $62 and delivering me a different item for that same price. The item they delivered to me was the same product and made by the same manufacturer. It differed by being ½ the advertised volume, ½ the concentration of the advertised product and the bottle did not look the same. I received ¼ of the product I purchased and it was packaged differently. Even though the bottle had not been open and the seal had not been tampered with, they refused to allow me to return the bottle and get my money back even though they gave me a product of much lesser value. There are many places that sell the product I purchased from them and I already had a 30 ml bottle of the product. The prices range from $60 - $90 for 900 mg/ 30 ml of the product. The product is Papa & Barkley 1:30 THC/CBD Releaf tincture with 900 mg cannabinoids per 30 ml. The prices range from $60 - $90 for 900 mg/ 30 ml of the product. The product they delivered to me was the equivalency of a bottle that would normally cost $15.50 to $22,50 or in the concentration they advertised, it would have cost $148 to $360 They kept telling me they had not advertised the item I described to them, when it was clearly shown on their website. They told me multiple times that if I purchased 2 bottles of the product at the concentration and volume of 450mg/15 ml that I would then have the 900 mg that I had intended to buy. That would have not made any difference because the concentration would have remained the same. I would have gotten ½ of what they advertised for 4 more than $124.00. They continued to try and confuse me by giving me inaccurate information in an attempt to convince me that they were selling the product at their advertised price. They did finally offer me a second bottle of 450mg/15ml for a highly discounted $28 (when all other sellers had it priced at the equivalency of $15) because I needed it. I knew they were not giving me a deal as they claimed; but, I needed the product and this did help to cut my losses. The result of the transaction was that they continued to try to convince me that they were giving me a deal for purchasing their product as they advertised and receiving ½ of what I paid for. Comparatively, I ended with paying $102 for what the retailer selling the item on the highest end charged $45. I only got that rate after not giving in to their attempts of deceit. They have since changed their ad to better reflect the product they are offering. Also, on the receipts they gave me at each time of delivery, the cost for the products and state taxes were noted. Both receipts noted that they collect the amounts of $ .00 for both transactions, when I paid them in cash both times.
