Have a heart was suppose to open up at 8am. I waited outside until 8:20am the employees did not open the building until 20 after mins of them "supposedly" opening. While waiting in line, I called them to verify the store hours and "PAX" the manager stated that they were short staff and they are running behind. Once, I was finally able to get in the building, I walked towards the online only order. I waited in line like I normally do and PAX asked me to go in the other line because skip was the only budtender there this morning. Instead of being first, I was now number 5. PAX then opened the register on the side of online orders and took the next customer after making me get to the back of the line. No one else had an online order except me. After she took that customer, I was next. Once it was my turn again, PAX then came from behind the counter to show the security guard how to access the lights. Meanwhile, it was a line of 5 people. Instead, of PAX taking customers knowing that there are short staffed she decided to waste time and ignore the customers. She brought out the remote and started showing the security guards what buttons to press to access the lighting in the building. PAX takes her time returning to the counter/cash register and when she did she took the NEXT customer again, as if I wasn't waiting in line. PISS POOR SERVICE, PAX IS A STUD! Decent weed doe :/

This was once my go to shop even though it's 20 minutes away because they used to have great customer service. Today, however, when I tried to return MOLDY, vacuum sealed product bought from them, management refused. I will no longer recommend this shop under its new management. Warning: Green Baker products are MOLDY. Open the box before you leave and look inside.

These guys have a nice supply of CO2 THC oil cartridges everytime I stop by. The last time I went they had the best cartridge I\'ve ever had, but forgot the name of it. It had a clear tip to it and was shorter than the normal cartridges...even the half gram ones. Anyway, love the selection here and how easy it is to access when cruising 900 between Renton and Seattle.

I've been hitting up this place on my way home to Renton from Seattle. Very convenient on 900 and quick to purchase from. I like that they just started to feature "discount towers" which are tall glass cases that feature products and buds that are drastically reduced in price. Got some truffles and an eighth of Wonder Woman strain for total of around $45. The truffles had 10 pieces and with 10 milligrams of THC each...so just one of those will do you good.
