I was a long time shopper here, even when it was stash. Lux was the last of all the Ballard shops to put a rewards program in place, and a faulty one at best. I was told for 2 weeks my "seeds" total would be fixed by the weekend, by management. Even the staff said the total can't be right because of my regularity. After the weeks of saying they will fix the problem, NO. The 4th different "manager" said that's what you get. The place is a joke, just like rewards program. Go to Dockside where the staff and management are 10x better. Not mention there rewards are 10x more rewarding and it works!!!! Also Lux is the most expensive of all the shops in Ballard. That's real
